With the hurting types of problems I have, I've been doing a bunch relaxing laying out or relaxed in the sitting position of my bed (hospital type with trapeze). Sorry, I've been such a slacker! Will try to do better. Happy holiday to all, My caregiver has nagged me into going to her house for a cookout. I hate going out but I told her I would. It just isn't going to be for long.
